| The Financing We offer both FHA and USDA financing. With a simple 5-10 minute interview we can tell people if there are programs out there to help with down payment and or rebates they can claim. I consider myself very, very well versed in all financing programs and I can fit people into the program that works best for them and is the most beneficial to them. I can also help people with credit repair, I know what the banks look for and I can get them in line to be financed in a reasonable time if they are currently not in that position already. |

| Personal Bio Janet Backman came to Southern Homes with 23 years of experience in real estate sales. Licensed in 1986 in the state of Connecticut she owned both Re/Max and Realty Executives franchises there and enjoyed 20 years of success in general real estate specializing in new construction. Since coming to Southern Homes in September 2009 she has won numerous sales awards and considers herself extremely blessed to have a job that she loves to go to each day and one that is so gratifying day after day. Janet resides in Lakeland with her husband, Tommy and her hobbies include relaxing with a great book by the pool and traveling around the world and experiencing different cultures. |
