Commercial Real Estate Loan Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

· Establish and manage borrowing relationships with local and regional lenders to provide lines of credit for construction of single family homes

· Establish and manage borrowing relationships with local and regional lenders to provide lines of credit for acquisition and development of vacant land into residential subdivisions

· Prepare annual budget of financing costs

· Forecast funding needed to support the business plan of the home building company and the land development company

· Maintain and provide reports to executive management

Candidates must have experience with commercial real estate financing.
